Layby Policy

We’re happy to offer layby to help you secure the items you love

HOW IT WORKS

  • A Minimum 20% deposit is required

  • Laybys must be paid in full within 4 weeks

  • Regular payments are required to keep your layby active

  • Items are available once fully paid

    CANCELLATIONS

  • A 25% cancellation fee applies (based on total layby amount)

  • Remaining payments will be issued as store credit only

  • No cash refunds

MISSED PAYMENTS

If no payments are made for 14 days:

  • Your layby may be cancelled

  • A 25% cancellation fee applies

  • Items will be returned to stock

  • The remaining balance will be issued in store credit
