By purchasing or using a Chaos 2 Calm Gift Card, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Validity

Chaos 2 Calm Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Redeeming Gift Cards

• Gift Cards may be redeemed online, in-store, or towards eligible services offered by Chaos 2 Calm.

• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded once the balance has been used.

3. Partial Redemption

• If your purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Any unused balance will remain available until the Gift Card expires.

4. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Cards

• Chaos 2 Calm is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.

• Please treat your Gift Card as you would cash.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to our standard Returns Policy.

• Where a refund is approved, the amount may be returned to the original Gift Card or issued as store credit at the discretion of Chaos 2 Calm.

6. Services & Readings

• Gift Cards may be used towards eligible readings, workshops, events, and services unless otherwise stated.

• All service bookings remain subject to the applicable booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.

7. Fraud Prevention

Chaos 2 Calm reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or place a hold on any Gift Card transaction where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Chaos 2 Calm reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
